While sleeping with regular cotton sheets and pillowcase, over your EARTHING® Elite Sleeping Mat and EARTHING® Elite Pillowcase, is a very effective and comfortable way to ground yourself while sleeping, these semi-conductive earthing sheets serve to improve the conduction between the grounded Elite Sleeping Mat and Elite Pillow Cover and you while sleeping. You don't need any additional connecting cables for the Sleep System/Sheets, just place them on your bed, over the Elite Sleeping Mat and Elite Pillowcase and sleep away!
The Elite material is made of PU (Polyurethane). Leather look-alike items made with polyurethane (PU) are very user-friendly and safe unlike older PVC leathers. It is vinyl-free and phthalate-free.
The Elite Sleep Mat and Pillow Cover not only ground you, they also create a physical shield against dust and mites in the mattress and pillow, because the material is non-permeable.
The SleepSystem/Sheets are 98% cotton with 2% AGFlex Solid Silver strands incorporated into the cotton fibers.
The sheets feel soft and comfortable. This sleep system is used with an EARTHING® Elite Sleep Mat and EARTHING® Elite Pillow Cover in order to ground the sheets, they cannot be connected directly to a grounding connection cable. Any part of the sheet that does not directly touch the surface of the Elite Sleep Mat or Elite Pillow Cover is not conductive.
You lie on the fitted sheet and pillowcase and under the sheet, so you are comfortably enveloped by the energy of the earth.

USE AND WARRANTY
To qualify for the 1-year warranty on the EARTHING® Elite™ Sleep Mat and the EARTHING® Elite™ Pillow Cover, always use your own (fitted) sheet and pillowcase. The conduction of the Elite Sleep Mat and Elite Pillowcase with the Sleep System/Sheets is optimal. You can wear (non-synthetic) pajamas because these Sleep System/Sheets contain silver and conduct in contact with the Elite material.
Wipe the Elite Sleep Mat and the Elite Pillow Cover regularly with a damp cloth.
For more thorough cleaning, wipe the mat with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild household soap.
Use a clean, damp cloth to thoroughly wipe off the soap.
The Elite Sleeping Mat and Elite Pillowcase cannot be machine washed.
The Sleep System/Sheets are machine washed according to the washing instructions provided.
