The EARTHING® Yoga Mat is double sided grounding. You can use the yoga mat both indoors and outdoors.

Indoors, connect the special magnetic connection cable to the yoga mat and use the EARTHING® EU adapter in a grounded outlet.
Alternatively, you can use a ground rod.
Outdoors, place the Yoga Mat on a grounded surface, such as grass. You do not need to use a connection cable.
The conductive, hydrophilic surface absorbs sweat and is easy to clean with soapy(non chemical) water and a sponge.

Connecting to the earth
The EARTHING® Yoga Mat is connected to a special EU adapter with a quick release magnetic snap cord (4.5 m), which only makes contact with the earth (and therefore absolutely not with the power!) when plugged into a grounded outlet.
If you prefer to connect via the ground rod, you can order it separately.
In that case, you will probably also need an EU adapter for those times when you want to connect the EARTHING® Yoga Mat somewhere else.
