The EARTHING® Patches (50 mm x 25 mm) are similar to the ECG / EKG electrode patches used by physicians for testing purposes.

These EARTHING® Patches are meant to be apply to any acute pain spot for targeted pain relief.
The EARTHING® Patches are adhesive and are meant for one-time use.
EARTHING® Patches can be used anywhere you stretch, work out, sit, relax, or sleep.
Over many years of observation and study, we have found that there are three prime locations for placing the patches.

1. To target your upper body (from the waist up), place the patches on the palms of your hands.

2. To target your lower body (below the waist), place the patches on the K1 spot on the soles of your feet.

3. To target a specific area, place the patch directly on that area of the body, or adjacent to it.

TIP: use two EARTHING® Patches on your palms and two EARTHING® Patches on your soles, by purchasing additional coil cords.

For convenience sake, many people like to leave their EARTHING® Patches on their body even when they're not connected to a cord.
Two to three days is the maximum amount of time we recommend leaving a Patch on your skin at one time.
When you remove the Patch, if you would like to put on a new Patch, place it in a slightly different spot so you don't irritate your skin.

You can reuse EARTHING® Patches as long as the gel in the center of the patch is still making contact with your skin. When it's no longer making contact, throw the Patch away and use a new one.

These EARTHING® Patches come without a connection kit.
Under " choose your connection" decide whether you need a coil cord and/or a ground rod or EARTHING® EU adapter.
